We charge a flat rate shipping cost per order for postage over Australia and New Zealand. All items are posted via Australia Post.
Items are collected by our delivery partners 1-2 business days after purchase. Delivery of items is subject to our delivery partners estimated delivery speed. Due to Covid-19 please expect delays from our courier partners at this current time.
Free postage for all Australian orders over $90.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you have purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Contact us within 5 business days from the day of delivery. A refund, exchange or store credit will not be available for goods after the 5 day period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
